Welcome to the stories tab!I know it might look a little overwhelming at first glance, but I physically cannot create anything without making it at least a little aesthetically pleasing—it’s part of the experience. Each story has its own page, so you can wander through and settle into whichever genre or concept pulls at you the most. Most of these are starting points—little bit and pieces of ideas, usually a genre paired with a character I’ve been itching to write. I’d really love for all of them to become collaborative if we click and decide to build something together. Think of this less as a strict list and more as a (slightly overcomplicated) writing sample page, with plenty of room to shape things into something deeper, messier, and more emotionally rich. They are placed (unintentionally) in order from oldest to newest as you go down. There are trigger warnings listed beneath each story, right above the links. They’ll be in bold, and I’ve done my best to explain everything clearly so everyone can feel comfortable and safe. If I missed anything at all, please let me know—I want this to be a space where we can explore heavier themes thoughtfully and without surprises. With all of that aside… take your time, explore a little, and enjoy ♡

(Fantasy, medieval)This is a fantasy story built around one of my original characters—a princess who’s spent her entire life hidden away inside the palace. The why is something I’d love for us to figure out together. It could be because there’s a war raging outside the walls, or something more personal—like her father being overly protective, controlling, or even a little paranoid. I like leaving that part open so we can shape it into something that fits the story we want to tell. The same goes for the arranged marriage. Maybe she’s being sent to marry the very king who caused the war, as a way to force peace. Or maybe she’s being sent somewhere unfamiliar and secretive, to a kingdom that feels just as isolating in a completely different way. I’m very open to building this together and letting it evolve naturally. At its heart, this is an enemies-to-lovers, slow-burn romance. I love tension, awkward first meetings, emotional buildup, and characters who don’t trust each other at first but slowly start to understand one another.

(Mafia, Modern)I’ve been really wanting to do a mafia-style story with this concept, but I kept things a little vague in the original blurb on purpose—I’d much rather build out the details together so it feels right for both of us. One thing I do want to keep, though, is the ballerina/courtesan element. My thought is that your character could be part of a separate gang, coming in to form some kind of partnership (or maybe a tense alliance) with the group that owns the ballet/brothel. That’s where our characters would meet, and where everything starts to unfold.Like always, I’m aiming for a slow burn here. My character is a courtesan, so intimacy might come into play earlier on—but I don’t want that to be the focus. I care much more about the story, the tension, and the development between them. She’s the kind of person who leans on physical connection because it’s what’s kept her alive, which can make things messy—especially since she doesn’t trust easily. It creates that push and pull that I love writing, where closeness doesn’t always mean vulnerability right away. This story does come with heavier themes, including sex work, abuse, depression, and substance use. I want to be upfront about that so we can make sure we’re both comfortable and on the same page. I’m also not super well-versed in the mafia world or ballet myself, but I’m more than happy to research and build something that feels immersive for both of us.TWIn the starter, I touch a bit on my character’s past. It’s not explicit, but there are light references to abuse. If that’s something you’d rather avoid, please feel free to skip this one.

(Thriller, Modern)This one’s a little different from my usual prompts—and I’ll be honest, I haven’t had the easiest time finding the right person for it, even though it’s something I’ve been wanting to write for a while. It’s loosely inspired by The Boy and leans more toward the tone of You. My character is an author who’s gone through something deeply traumatic, which ultimately pushes her to leave the city she grew up in. Instead of something grand like a manor, she inherits her grandmother’s home in a quiet, small town—one of those places where everyone knows everyone, and nothing ever really stays private for long. That’s where she meets your character. From the outside, it can feel like coincidence… but it’s anything but. YC becomes fixated on her almost immediately—watching, learning, inserting himself into her life in subtle ways. I love the idea of him existing just slightly out of sight, maybe even within the walls of her home, always closer than she realizes. It’s definitely darker, a little unsettling, and leans into that obsessive, psychological tension that builds slowly over time.Because of that, I’m really looking for someone comfortable writing a more twisted, obsessive character—someone who can lean into that intensity and let it simmer. If that kind of story sounds like something you’d enjoy exploring, I’d love for you to keep reading ♡TWIn the starter, I include a scene involving a car accident in which my character’s nephew does not survive. If that’s something you’d rather avoid, please feel free to skip this prompt.

(Western, Historical)For this prompt, I’m really craving a western setting. The main plot is something I’d love to build together, but I do have a couple ideas to get us started! The first is centered around a girl who’s lived on a quiet farm her entire life—until one night, everything is torn apart. A group of robbers break into her home, kill her family, and steal something important. What that is, we can figure out together. I like the idea of there being more beneath the surface—maybe her parents weren’t as innocent as they seemed. Maybe her father (or both of them) had ties to outlaw life, and whatever was taken is tied to that past. Your character could be connected to the same group, or wronged by them in some way, which is what brings our characters together… and sets her on a path of revenge. The second idea leans a little more chaotic—in the best way. My character is an outlaw herself, someone who survives by taking what she needs. Your character could be another outlaw, or someone with power, status, or something valuable enough to catch her attention. She crosses a line, steals from the wrong person, and suddenly finds herself with someone very determined to track her down. From there, it spirals into a revenge-driven, tension-heavy dynamic that slowly (and maybe painfully) shifts into something more.Either way, I’m aiming for a slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers story with plenty of tension, conflict, and emotional buildup. I love characters who clash, who challenge each other, and who are forced into situations where they have to rely on one another, even if they don’t want to.I’ve kept things a bit open so you have room to create a character that fits naturally into the world—we can shape the details together and make it something really immersive.---TWBefore reading the starter, please be aware it includes a violent scene where my character’s home is ransacked. There is also a reference to SA—nothing explicit happens or is written out, but if that’s something you’re uncomfortable with, please feel free to skip this one.

WIP(High fantasy)This might sound a little cliché once I get it all out, but I’ve been itching to dive into a fantasy story like this. I do love a good betrothed trope… but I’m a little tired of playing the soft, gentle princess. This time, I want something sharper—a femme-fatale rebel, someone a little dangerous, a little messy, and very hard to control. The world itself is ruled by a tyrannical king who’s made it his mission to stamp out magic—or rather, control it. Instead of letting it exist freely, he’s been forcing powerful beings into service. Fae, witches, warlocks, seers… they’re torn from their homes and made to sign contracts to protect what’s left of their kingdoms. It’s left a trail of blood, fear, and quiet resentment in its wake.My character, Calia, comes from a long line of witches—but not the flashy, fire-from-the-hands kind. Her magic is slower, deeper, and a little more unsettling. It’s drawn from the earth—potions brewed from strange ingredients, poisons made from ash and bone, futures read in scattered remains. It’s the kind of magic that lingers… and the kind people tend to fear.I’ve left the main plot pretty open on purpose because I’d love for you to have space to bring your own ideas into it. There are a lot of directions we could go—maybe you play the king’s son, someone raised within that cruelty. Or a guard loyal to the crown. Or even another rebel who’s just as desperate to take that power back. There’s a lot of room for tension, shifting loyalties, and something that builds slowly underneath it all. This could easily turn into a long-term story with a slow-burn romance, enemies-to-lovers, or something a little darker and more complicated depending on the dynamic we create.I have started writing for this prompt already, though it’s definitely not fully polished or revised yet—more like a rough draft of the atmosphere and character. I’ve linked it below if you’d like to take a look (and please be gentle with me, I promise I’ll clean it up eventually) ♡

WIPDark AcademiaI’ve almost finished putting this one together—I just haven’t written a proper starter for it yet!The core idea follows my character, Gwen, who is… not exactly your typical main character. She’s a serial killer, inspired a bit by Promising Young Woman in tone and motivation. The story is set on an Ivy League campus in the 1970s, so it has that slightly vintage, academic atmosphere layered over something much darker simmering underneath.I’ve kept things open on your side so you have room to play with whatever kind of character sounds the most fun to you. You could be a detective slowly circling closer to her, piecing things together bit by bit… or maybe someone who isn’t so different from her—another killer, someone who recognizes what she is. I think both directions could create a really interesting dynamic, especially with the kind of tension and psychological push-and-pull I love writing.Everything I’ve put together so far is in a Google doc, so this one’s a little different from the others—but it gives a deeper look into her character and the overall tone I’m going for.---TWThis story includes themes of violence and gore. If that’s something you’re uncomfortable with, please feel free to skip this prompt.
